Upper Deer Valley

Upper Deer Valley represents the area around Deer Valley Resort’s mid-mountain area of Silver Lake. This area, which used to be Lake Flat, was Park City’s first mining settlement. The lake was inadvertently drained by a mine tunnel in the area. The area is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums. Homes in the area are at an elevation of about 8000 feet. The Upper Deer Valley/Silver Lake area is home to some great restaurants and ski base area retail stores. Most of the homes and condominium projects have very nearby ski access if not trails that pass right by the front or back door.
