The Jordanelle Reservior Area

The Jordanelle area named for the reservoir it surrounds is made of a few fast growing Park City real estate communities. The area is situated predominantly in Wasatch County and boasts both resort and primary home communities. The Mayflower exit offers single-family homes with lake view in the Star Harbor subdivision and condominium communities of Hailstone, and Fox Bay. The Lodge at Stillwater anchors the development as a whole ownership condo-hotel. The Mayflower exit is also home to the Jordanelle gondola on Deer Valley resort offering easy access to skiing from this neighborhood. The northeast area of the Jordanelle is home to Hideout Canyon and Tuhaye club communities as well as the Deer Mountain subdivision. This area is growing rapidly with new subdivisions breaking ground to take advantage of the lake views and access to Deer Valley via the gondola.
