Silver Springs Area

Snyderville may be a more proper description of this area of real estate within the Park City MLS. It is comprised of Ranch Place, North Shore, Silver Springs, Snyder’s Mill and Willow Creek. Ranch Place consists of single-family homes in a community backing to the Swaner Nature Preserve. Willow Creek is the newest area; consisting of new construction bordered by open space and public parks. Its homes have mountain views and are well appointed. The North Shore and Snyder’s mill communities share a common recreation pond. All of the communities in the Silver Springs neighborhood enjoy a relatively flat landscape and great trail access.
