Old Town

Old Town, Park City is well represented by its name. This is the original Park City real estate area. It is made up of small lots (the standard is 25′x75′) many of which are on steep hillsides. Very few building lots are still available. Old Town encompasses most of the area next to the Park City Mountain Resort as well as the area around city-park. Old Town has a historic mining town feel and most of the world-renowned restaurants and shopping of Park City are within walking distance. Strict regulations govern the Historic District, which gives Old Town its charm and preserves the diverse history of Park City. Scarcity and prime location are major driving forces in the pricing of Old Town real estate.
