Old Ranch Road

The Old Ranch Road area offers one of the premier rural real estate settings in the Park City area. Many of the single family homes and lots boarder the Swaner Nature Preserve and have fantastic views of all three Park City ski areas (The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley). While convenient to downtown Park City, this area feels removed from the pace of the Resort Areas. Many of the homes and lots are approved for horses. There are no condominiums in the Old ranch Road area.
